October 2016 Intermediate Workshops are now live on our website.

Our Intermediate online workshops are held over 5 sessions, over 10 - 14 days. They are only for students who have completed a Beginners workshop. The emphasis is on additional techniques to improve the breathing and the incorporation of Buteyko into Sports and exercise etc...

Each session is around 1 - to 1 hr 30 minutes and conducted by a Senior Practitioner - usually Vladimir Sukhonosov. See our practitioners page for more information.

Intermediate Workshop cost per person is USD $275.00

This course can be repeated anytime for USD $175.00

September and October 2016 Advanced Workshops are now live on our website.

Our Advanced online workshops are held over 5 sessions. They are only for students who have completed a Beginners and Intermediate workshop. The emphasis is based on techniques to concentrate mental attention to the sole purpose of reducing the depth of breathing as indicated with improvements to the CP.

Advanced Workshop cost per person is USD $275.00

Our online workshops are conducted on our "Zoom" video platform. We will email you with simple instructions on how to log on. We highly recommend that you use a computer with a camera installed. Our video platform works with most systems such as Windows, Mac and there are applications for Ipad and Iphone etc.
